From MePersona
✦ LinkedIn approves MePersona for its Community Management API
Creators can now post to the LinkedIn Pages they manage and reply to comments on their posts from the same inbox they use for every other platform. The integration also adds LinkedIn analytics, so you can see how your LinkedIn content performs alongside your other platforms.
✦ MePersona Assistant is coming to Pro Elite
The Assistant will plan your daily posts based on your marketing plan, trends in your niche and how your last posts did, using photos and videos from your Smart Vault, or tell you exactly what to shoot if nothing fits. You can approve, edit or skip each post, nothing goes out without your tap, and the Assistant will have its own tab in your Chat Hub.
✦ MePersona Help is getting smarter on every plan
Soon MePersona Help will look at your own account and explain why your persona score is where it is, how many messages you have left, and which button fixes it.
Platform updates
YouTube
YouTube tests lowering its payment threshold from $100 to $20 for some creators
YouTube is temporarily testing a lower payment threshold of $20, or the local equivalent, instead of $100 for randomly selected creators in the United States, India, and Indonesia. The test begins with October 2026 payments, and selected creators receive a notification. It does not change revenue rates, payment dates, or YouTube Partner Program eligibility.
What to do: Check for a YouTube notification if you are in one of the three countries, because a selected account could receive smaller balances sooner while everything else about payments stays the same.
SEO, AEO and ASO best practices
Put the target search phrase in the first line of the caption
Guidance on social search recommends writing the target phrase as a natural query in the first line of a caption instead of listing keywords. The same topic phrase should also appear in spoken audio and on-screen text so each signal reinforces the others. Hashtags should be few and accurately describe the content.
What to do: Write the first caption line as the question your audience would search, and repeat that topic in your audio and on-screen text.
Give every substantial post a short, quotable answer
Answer engines favor content with a self-contained answer that stays understandable outside its original context. Question-shaped titles with the answer in the opening sentence or the first 30 seconds of a video make extraction easier. Specific, attributable claims are easier to quote and credit than vague ones.
What to do: Open each post or video with a direct answer to the question in the title, and replace vague claims with specific ones you can attribute.
Publish transcripts and structured pages on a site you own
Guidance recommends publishing full video transcripts on a crawlable owned webpage and keeping the main text in HTML instead of relying on client-side JavaScript. FAQ or other structured data should be added only when it matches the visible page content. Lists and tables are easier for answer systems to extract for instructions, comparisons, and product facts.
What to do: Add transcripts and clearly structured text for your key videos to a page you control, and keep dates and facts such as prices up to date.
Make your creator identity and category unambiguous across profiles and pages
Profiles should clearly state the creator or brand name, subject area, audience, and services. Consistent naming of the creator, products, and series across posts and companion webpages helps answer engines connect the content. Accurate third-party reviews, comparisons, and industry mentions can add trust that owned content alone may not provide.
What to do: Review your bios and website so your name, niche, and offers are worded the same way everywhere, and seek accurate third-party coverage.
YouTube
Prioritize title, thumbnail, and description over tags on YouTube
The guidance advises summarizing the video in plain language and placing the main keyword in the first two description lines. Chapters, useful links, and two or three relevant hashtags can improve navigation and clarity. Tags are secondary metadata, mainly useful for common misspellings.
What to do: Spend your optimization time on the title, thumbnail, and first description lines, and keep tags to a minimum.
